I run a small video studio and needed a fast, private way to dub content in several languages. On-device video dubbing works well and I can re-edit projects locally, which is a huge win for privacy and compliance. The tool's pipeline integrates voice cloning and transcription neatly, and exporting projects makes revision painless. The drawbacks: long videos stress my desktop CPU during batch dubbing, and some brand terms mispronounce. Still, privacy-first workflow is a game changer.

Privacy-first voice cloning that elevates my audiobooks

Used for week to month

What I liked

  • Voice Cloning (local processing) keeps client data private.
  • Voice Design lets me shape tone and emotion for a distinctive narrator.
  • Exportable Projects keeps edits offline and easy to revisit.
  • Transcription & Diarization helps manage multiple voices across chapters.

What could be better

  • It takes quality samples and time to train a believable clone.
  • Accent coverage is incomplete in some languages, requiring post-edit.
  • Onboarding and UI could be clearer for non-technical users.

I produce audiobooks and needed a private, offline workflow to clone voices for a unique narrator. Voice Cloning with on-device processing gives me confidence that client data never leaves my workstation. Voice Design helps sculpt the narrator's tone, and Exportable Projects keeps edits local as I iterate across chapters. Transcription & Diarization helps manage multiple voices across long segments. The initial setup is a bit fiddly and a few accents are missing in some languages, but it fits my privacy standards.
